As part of TAQ infrastructure Department, TAQ Traffic engineering team also focuses on the research and construction of the immobile infrastructure necessary for the safe and efficient movement of people and goods, such as roads, railway tracks, bridges, traffic signs and traffic lights. Increasingly however, instead of building additional infrastructure, dynamic elements are also introduced into road traffic management using sensors to measure traffic flows and automatic, interconnected guidance systems to manage traffic, especially in peak hours.
Traffic engineering are two specialties in TAQ involving all disciplines such as Internal roads in cities and villages, highways, international express ways, bridges & interchanges, air ports, traffic studies, parking and terminals. The Environmental and Energy consumption are taken into major consideration when planning, designing, and constructing transportation facilities. TAQ Traffic engineering team also focuses on the research and construction of the immobile infrastructure necessary for the safe and efficient movement of people and goods, such as roads, railway tracks, bridges, traffic signs and traffic lights. Whether we’re working on small-scale traffic projects or extensive national and international planning projects, our number one priority is to create safe and flexible infrastructure and transport systems. To achieve this, we focus on creating the right balance between heavy and light road users. We also build many types of models – from complicated transport models to 3D visualizations of a simple junction – to ensure that solutions are as effective as possible. Throughout the process, we work hard to improve the visual environment in both urban and rural environments.
We emphasize greatly on social and environmental outcomes in our transport planning strategy, one that not only reduce carbon footprint, but also ensures affordability, accessibility and safety for the users and the local communities.
